Aromatherapy
You will be able to choose one of our essential oil blend lotions to be used during the massage. Aromatherapy promotes healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. Inhaling essential oils is thought to promote a beneficial change in the mind and body. More info 
Deep Tissue Massage
This deeper, firmer therapeutic massage works to focus on those problem areas by utilizing techniques that release chronic pain and muscle tension. More info 
Hot Stone Massage
Warm basalt river stones are used to massage the client. The heat penetrates the deeper levels of muscles encouraging relaxation. More info |

Deep Tissue We know that every session is different and that you might need deep tissue and trigger point therapy one session but a relaxing Swedish massage the next. That's why we feel it's important to not charge extra for certain modalities. Your session could include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Warm Bamboo, Trigger Point Therapy, Injury massage and Aromatherapy.
